This role focuses on growing and developing a customer base using a structured route-selling approachidentifying new prospects, strengthening existing relationships, and consistently following up to exceed sales goals. You will leverage SERVPROs industry-leading tools, including Key Differentiators and the Emergency Ready Program (ERP), to educate clients and position SERVPRO as their trusted restoration partner./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliBuild and manage a strong referral network through daily route visits and relationship-building activities/liliExecute a consistent contact business development cycle and track progress/liliDevelop and achieve individual sales objectives aligned with company goals/liliMonitor and follow up on referred jobs to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence/liliCoordinate and participate in client appreciation, entertainment, and networking events/liliParticipate in professional associations and industry networking activities/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliMinimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry/liliStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills/liliResults-driven mindset with strong organization and follow-through/liliComfort using CRM systems and standard business software/liliExperience in restoration, insurance, or commercial services is a plus (but not required)/liliAbility to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug screen subject to applicable law./li/ulh3About SERVPRO/h3pSERVPRO is a trusted leader in cleanup and restoration services, helping homes and businesses recover from fire, water, mold, and other disasters.
