À propos

*About Us*
We are a technology services firm helping small and mid-sized businesses make smart, strategic decisions about their Microsoft cloud investments. We work closely with our clients — not just as vendors, but as trusted advisors — to implement, optimize, and support the tools that run their businesses.
*Role Overview*
We're looking for a Solutions Delivery Specialist to join our small but mighty team. This person will serve as a primary point of contact for key client relationships, coordinate internal and external project delivery, and act as a functional resource on custom software engagements. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business problem-solving. If you're a swiss-army knife, this might be the role for you.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for a defined portfolio of key accounts
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with client stakeholders
- Proactively identify client needs, surface opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction
2. Project Coordination
- Coordinate and track the execution of internal and client-facing projects throughout the year
- Facilitate project meetings, manage timelines, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Escalate risks and issues appropriately to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
3. Functional Consulting
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients for custom software initiatives
- Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria clearly and accurately
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes, including test planning, execution tracking, and issue resolution
- Contribute to solution design discussions, bridging client needs with technical capabilities
*Qualifications*
\*Required\*
- 3–5 years of experience in a functional consulting, business analyst, project coordination, or client-facing technology services role
- Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft technology stack (M365, Azure, or related platforms)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering and/or UAT processes
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
\*Preferred\*
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
*What Success Looks Like*
In your first 90 days, you'll have developed a strong understanding of our client base, taken ownership of key account relationships, and begun contributing meaningfully to active project engagements. Within six months, you'll be leading requirements sessions independently and serving as a go-to functional resource on the team.
