Join GREEVAA as a Data Engineer, building robust ETL pipelines and cloud‑based data solutions for high‑profile government clients. Work with advanced big‑data technologies and collaborate with architects and scientists in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
*Location :* Remote (once in a week visit to London)
*Immediate Joiners*
*Responsibilities:*
* Design and implement complex ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks (Python, SQL).
* Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and lineage standards.
* Implement automated data quality testing, monitoring, and observability.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.
* Drive continuous improvement through reusable components, frameworks, and innovation.
* Lead investigations streams of content usage
* Share knowledge to compliment team-wide expertise
* Develop high quality software at a senior level
* Assist with the elicitation and documentation of system requirements
* Understand business and technical requirements and constraints to design effective software solutions
* Create conceptual architectures and detailed designs for software solutions
*Required Qualification:*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
* At least 8 yrs of hands on experience in data engineering projects
* Good hands on experience of designing, implementing, debugging ETL pipeline
* Expertise in Python, pySpark and SQL languages in must
* Experience of designing data pipeline using cloud native services on AWS
* Extensive knowledge of AWS services like API Gateway, Lambda, Redshift, Glue, Cloudwatch, etc.
* IaC experience of deploying AWS resources using terraform
* Hands-on experience of setting up CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions
* Good Communication Skills to Comprehend Business requirements
*Must Have:*
* *Candidates must have SC clearance or be a British citizen*
Pay: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
