Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Logistikprozessen und einem ausgeprägtem Servicegedanken und möchtest deine Karriere in einem weltweit agierenden Unternehmen voranbringen? Bei Würth Logistics verstärkst Du unser Team Operations Sea Import & Export am Standort in Dornstadt. Zusammen mit derzeit 6 Fachleuten kümmerst Du Dich um die effiziente Transportabwicklung für unsere Kunden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Warenfluss.
- Du organisierst und koordinierst die über unser Transport-Management-System überwiegend automatisch laufenden Aufträge für Seefrachten, Luftfrachten und Paketversand und überwachst den Sendungsverlauf.
- Bei teilautomatisierten Prozessen erfasst Du die Transportaufträge selbst in unserem Transport-Management-System, disponierst die Sendungen und rechnest die Aufträge an die Kunden und die Dienstleister ab.
- In unserem Transport-Management-System konsolidierst Du die Sendungen, gestaltest mit einer bestmöglichen Frachtraumauslastung effizientere und kostengünstigere Warenflüsse und leistest damit einen Beitrag zur Reduktion von CO2-Emissionen zur Schonung der Umwelt.
- Als Knotenpunkt zwischen Kunden und Dienstleister sorgst Du für einen reibungslosen Kommunikations- und Informationsfluss. Du bist Kontaktperson für Anfragen zu Transporten, Informationen zu Sendungsstatus und Reklamationen.
- Bei Störfällen sorgst Du für schnelle Lösungen und bei Reklamationen für beste Lösungen.
- Bei Deiner Arbeit hinterfragst Du die Effizienz der Prozesse und verbesserst die Abläufe fortlaufend.
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder eine andere kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Speditions-/Logistikbranche hast Du bereits sammeln können.
- Du arbeitest selbständig, verantwortungsbewusst und mit hoher Eigenmotivation.
- Den hektischen Alltag meisterst Du mit durchdachter Arbeitstechnik und speditiver Arbeitsweise.
- Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich in stilsicherem Deutsch und auf einem guten Level in Englisch.
- Der versierte Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen ist eine Grundvoraussetzung. Kenntnisse im TMS/SAP TM sind ein Plus.
