Je start de machines op, stelt ze nauwkeurig af en bewaakt continu het verloop van het productieproces. Dankzij jouw inzicht weet je exact welke instellingen nodig zijn om de beste prestaties uit de machines te halen. Tijdens de productie houd je alles scherp in de gaten en grijp je direct in wanneer afwijkingen ontstaan. Je voorkomt stilstand door machines tijdig aan te vullen met de juiste materialen en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft doorlopen.
Als machine operator werk je met moderne productiemachines waarbij kwaliteit altijd centraal staat. Je controleert producten zorgvuldig op maatvoering, afwerking en kwaliteitseisen. Zie je een storing, technische afwijking of onregelmatigheid? Dan handel je direct en zorg je ervoor dat problemen snel en professioneel worden opgelost. Door jouw oplettendheid en daadkracht blijven processen efficiënt draaien en worden hoge kwaliteitsnormen dagelijks gehaald. Je bent werkzaam in een dynamische productieomgeving waar teamwork, techniek en ontwikkeling samenkomen. Samen met collega’s zorg je ervoor dat productieorders volgens planning worden uitgevoerd en deadlines worden behaald. Tegelijkertijd krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, nieuwe technieken te leren en door te groeien binnen de organisatie.
Wat vragen we van je?- Je hebt ervaring met het instellen van machines;
- Je bent nauwkeurig en werkt efficiënt;
- Je bent in het bezit van heftruckcertificaat, of bereid deze te halen.
- Een bruto salaris tussen €2.800 en €3.700 per maand, afhankelijk van relevante ervaring;
- Een fulltime functie als machine operator;
- Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband;
- Een passende reiskostenvergoeding.
