Operations Controller (m/w/d)
Oppenweiler | flexible Arbeitszeit | Gleitzeit
- Kalkulation sowie Analyse und Steuerung operativer KPIs (z. B. Produktivität, Auslastung, Stundensätze, Kosten)
- Verantwortung für Budget, Forecast, Reporting und Analysen in enger Abstimmung mit den Produktionsstandorten in Deutschland, Tschechien, USA und China
- Verantwortung für das Werkscontrolling am Standort Deutschland (u. a. Kostenstellen-/Abweichungsanalysen, Transparenz über Herstellkosten, Maßnahmen-Tracking, Unterstützung der Werksleitung bei wirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen)
- Sparringspartner für Operations, Supply Chain und Finance: Identifikation von Effizienz- und Einsparpotenzialen, Erstellung von Business Cases sowie Umsetzung und Tracking der Maßnahmen
- Mitwirkung an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie an regelmäßigen Forecast-Runden
- Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Reports, Dashboards und Systemen
- Mitarbeit in strategischen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Studium der BWL/Finance/Wirtschaftsinformatik o. ä. oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (inkl. relevanter Praxiserfahrung)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld und/oder mit internationalen Strukturen
- Erfahrung im Operations-/Werks-/Logistik- oder Supply-Chain-Controlling bzw. in einem stark operativen Umfeld
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Kennzahlen, Kostenstrukturen und Prozesslogik
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; SAP erforderlich, BI/BW/Reporting-Tools wünschenswert
- Projekt-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 10-15 %
- Deutsch C1 und Englisch B2 in Wort und Schrift
