Das werden Deine Aufgaben sein
- Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Konzeption des Vertriebspartner-Relationship-Managementsystems (PRM) auf technischer Basis der BSI Customer Suite, welches durch einen externen Softwareprovider umgesetzt wird.
- In dieser Funktion bildest Du die Brücke zwischen den Anforderungsstellern und den Anwendungsentwicklern und koordinierst die Umsetzungen.
- Du analysierst, strukturierst und dokumentierst fachliche und technische Anforderungen aus dem Lead- und Kampagnenmanagement sowie dem Vertriebspartner-Management.
- Du übersetzt diese Anforderungen in tragfähige Lösungskonzepte (z. B. technische Designs, Epics und User Stories) und stellst in Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und Governance-Funktionen die Einhaltung von Architektur-, Sicherheits-, Datenschutz- und Compliance-Vorgaben sicher.
- In Deiner Rolle wirkst Du an der Erstellung und Pflege einer belastbaren Lösungsarchitektur mit und definierst die relevanten Schnittstellen zu angebundenen Systemen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereich, Anwendungsentwicklung, dem externen Softwareprovider, Testmanagement und IT-Betrieb zusammen, begleitest die Umsetzung als technisch-methodische Ansprechperson und stellst eine strukturierte Dokumentation über alle Prozesse sicher.
- Zudem wirkst Du in Projekten und Vorhaben als Requirements Engineer mit.
Das bringst Du mit
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung/ Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Solution Designer:in bzw. Requirements Engineer oder auch Anwendungsentwickler, idealerweise im Umfeld von CRM-/PRM-Systemen oder vergleichbaren Vertriebssystemen
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse und -spezifikation (z. B. durch Interviews, Workshops, Modellierung, Erstellung von Use Cases / User Stories)
- Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Softwareprovidern bzw. Implementierungspartnern sind von Vorteil
- Praxiserfahrung im Design und in der Umsetzung von Lösungen in einer AWS-Cloud- oder vergleichbaren Cloud-Umgebung
- Hohes technisches Verständnis, analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke sowie ein strukturiertes, qualitätsorientiertes Vorgehen
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit in agilen Teams
- Spaß an Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit den unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern (Fachbereiche, IT, Governance-Funktionen, externe Dienstleister)
