Legal Assistant - Commercial Litigation (Phoenix, AZ)
Hybrid: 3 days onsite | 2 days remote
Salary: $75K-$95K (DOE)

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performing environment where you'll work closely with attorneys, stay at the center of the action, and be part of a collaborative, professional team with strong long-term growth potential.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in litigation, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys being the go-to support for a busy team. You'll support 3-4 attorneys and paralegals as needed, helping keep everything running smoothly day to day.
What You'll Do
Support 3-4 attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day operationsAct as a primary point of contact, managing workflow and coordinating across internal teamsPrepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings and e-filings, with high accuracyHandle calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsAssist with client billing, including billing letters and budget trackingProcess new client/matter intake, conflict checks, and file setupManage incoming/outgoing mail and ensure all documentation is completeMaintain attorney contacts, CLE tracking, and general admin supportCollaborate with a team, assist with overflow work, and participate in team meetingsUse internal systems to track and manage assignmentsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsThrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of legal support experience with a focus on Commercial Litigation (required)Strong communication and client service skillsExcellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamTyping speed of 60+ WPMProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe AcrobatE-filing experience required
Nice to Have
Associate degree preferredTranscription experienceExperience supporting high-volume litigation practicesStrong process and information management skills
