Golang Backend Engineer at BairesDev
Responsibilities
Lead the development of robust and concurrent backend systems using Go (Golang).
Design and maintain scalable REST APIs with OpenAPI specifications for clear documentation and integration.
Optimize database interactions and data flows using PostgreSQL to ensure high performance and reliability.
Architect and deploy services within AWS environments, focusing on performance and resource efficiency.
Apply Go's unique concurrency primitives, such as goroutines and channels, to handle massive traffic and workloads.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with a focus on Go (Golang).
Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, performance‑critical backend services and REST APIs.
Proficiency in database design and optimization using PostgreSQL.
Strong background in building production‑grade systems with an API‑first design approach.
Experience with Zanzibar (ReBAC).
Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice To Have
Solid understanding of cloud‑native architecture and hands‑on experience with AWS.
Implement production‑grade engineering standards, including code reviews, testing, and API‑first design principles.
