Parks Chevrolet in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development team at our Richmond, VA location. This role offers ample opportunities for professional growth and development, along with the benefit of Paid Time Off starting from day one.

Job Description:


As the BDC Manager, you will oversee the business development center, driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing training programs for team members, and implementing effective sales strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and achieving business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer outreach and conversion rates.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development or managerial role.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
