25 Hours Per Week | Monday–Friday | School Hours | Flexible Working Pattern
We are seeking a friendly, organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our small, supportive office team. This part-time position is designed to work around school hours, with a typical schedule of 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday, although start and finish times can be flexible for the right person.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone returning to work, looking to reduce their hours, or seeking a role that offers consistency and flexibility without sacrificing responsibility or variety.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play an important role in supporting our sales and customer service operations, including:
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Managing enquiries via telephone and email
* Updating and maintaining information across multiple internal systems
* Assisting with dispatch paperwork and invoicing
* Supporting stock allocation and order coordination
* Providing excellent service to customers and colleagues
What We're Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you:
* Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Are comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
* Enjoy working independently whilst being part of a small team
* Have a professional and friendly telephone manner
* Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
Previous administration, customer service or order processing experience would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
