We are seeking an inspiring Leader to join our
Reservations Team and guide us towards excellence

We are looking for an engaged and dynamic leader for our Reservations Department. In this key position, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the Reservations team to ensure outstanding customer service and optimize the efficiency of our operations.

  • Lead and motivate the Reservations team
  • Ensure first-class customer service and a positive guest experience
  • Oversee daily operations in Reservations
  • Train and develop staff
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Create reports and analyses to improve service quality
  • A dynamic, supportive and international work environment

  • Completed training in hotel management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the Front Office & Reservations area, ideally in a leadership position
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High customer orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Language skills in E, D or F, any other language an advantage
  • Only applicants with an EU passport
  • Passion and enjoyment of the job
