Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Join our team at Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! Compensation: $31.00 - $40.00 per hour Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Available shifts: 7AM-3PM 3PM-11PM 11PM-7AM Pay Rate: $31 - $40/ hour depending on experience Shift Differential: $2.50 for Evening shifts 3 PM - 11 PM $2 for night shifts 11 PM - 7 AM No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Earn more by combining shift differentials with no benefits and proof of your own insurance Responsibilities of LPN:
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
Qualifications of LPN:
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Maryland Ability to work with multiple patients at once Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
