Circle Care Services Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. We support our team with strong supervision, clear guidance, and a positive work environment. Whether you're already certified or working toward your RBT credential, we'll help you grow your skills and build a meaningful career in ABA and behavioral health. As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans Collect and track session data Support skill development and promote positive behavior Share progress with your clinical team If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role

Requirements:
