Ben jij een ervaren operator of heb je juist net je operator B diploma gehaald? Dan is deze functie in Veghel een interessante stap in je carrière. In deze functie ga je complexe productielijnen bijsturen en zorg jij ervoor dat de kwaliteit top blijft, ook los je storingen op en denk je actief mee aan procesverbeteringen. Voor je inzet wordt je beloond met een salaris dat kan oplopen tot wel €4.700 bruto inclusief ploegentoeslag en bij het behalen van de bedrijfsdoestellingen een 13e maand. Dit ga je doen
- Het signaleren en verhelpen van storingen;
- Actief bezig zijn met procesverbetering;
- Het instellen, bedienen, ombouwen, opstarten en afsluiten van de productielijnen;
- Het uitvoeren van verschillende kwaliteitscontroles;
- Het waarnemen van de ploegleider bij diens afwezigheid;
- Het optimaliseren van de productielijn.
Je bent in het bezit van
- Meerdere jaren werkervaring als (proces)operator of een Vapro B diploma;
- Het vermogen om in 5-ploegendiensten te werken;
- Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met extrudeheren;
- Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands;
- Het vermogen nauwkeurig te werken, door te zetten bij tegenslagen en om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
Dit krijg je ervoor terug
- Een salaris dat kan oplopen tot €4.700 bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag;
- Een extra toeslag voor het werken op feestdagen;
- Bij het behalen van bedrijfsdoelstellingen wordt er een 13e maand betaald;
- Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag;
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld teamleider en de mogelijkheid om cursussen en opleidingen te volgen;
- Vakantiegeld en dagen.
