End-to-End Recruiting: Verantwortung für Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Assessments, Auswahl und Angebotsprozess sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften zu Rollenprofilen und regionalen Anforderungen
Sourcing & Talentpools: Aufbau und Pflege von Pipelines für klinische und nicht-klinische Rollen, aktive Ansprache, Netzwerkpflege und Teilnahme an regionalen Events, Schulen und Jobmessen
Stakeholder-Beratung: Sparringspartner*in für Führungskräfte zu Jobdesign, DEI, Interviewmethoden, Compensation-Positionierung und Entscheidungsprozessen
Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Sicherstellung eines professionellen Bewerbungsprozesses und Koordination eines reibungslosen Onboardings mit lokalen People- und Operations-Teams
Employer Branding: Repräsentation der Unternehmenskultur nach innen und außen sowie Unterstützung bei Branding-Initiativen und Referral-Programmen
Erwartetes Profil
Berufserfahrung: 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Talent Acquisition, idealerweise mit internationalem Umfeld
Sprachkompetenz: Deutsch auf native Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium; Weiterbildung in HR, Recruiting oder verwandten Bereichen von Vorteil
Recruiting-Know-how: Sicher im Umgang mit modernen Sourcing-Methoden, Interviewtechniken und Auswahlprozessen
Stakeholder-Fähigkeiten: Beratungsstark, souverän im Umgang mit Führungskräften und verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
