Maintenance Systems Training & Adoption Specialist We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Systems Training & Adoption Specialist to support the deployment of a global Computerized Asset Management System. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse teams and ensure successful adoption of standardized maintenance processes. Responsibilities
Deliver structured training sessions to users across various sites, enabling them to perform maintenance activities confidently. Assess training needs and tailor content to align with site readiness and roles. Ensure training materials reflect approved global processes and system configurations. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to facilitate understanding of system usage. Support users in building confidence and addressing common questions during the transition phase. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training methodologies and materials.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in delivering software or system training in a professional environment. Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for end users.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with maintenance work management processes and CMMS or Enterprise Asset Management systems. Experience in supporting enterprise system deployments or transformation initiatives. Knowledge of change management principles and user adoption strategies. Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
