Aufgaben
Ganzheitliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Design- und Kreativprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement- und Kreativprozessen im Design-Umfeld
Koordination und Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams in einem internationalen Umfeld
Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung aller Deliverables unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Marken- und Designstandards
Qualitätssicherung der Design-Outputs in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Design- und Brand-Teams
Sicherstellung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses der kreativen Anforderungen, Zielsetzungen und Design-Guidelines
Sicherstellung einer transparenten, zielgerichteten Kommunikation über alle Projektbeteiligten hinweg
Proaktive Steuerung des Projektfortschritts zur effizienten Erreichung der Projektziele
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Markenrichtlinien, Qualitätsstandards, Budgets und Deadlines
Profil
Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing oder Kommunikation oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung im Marketing- und Kommunikationsumfeld
Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement kreativer Prozesse, idealerweise in der Steuerung von Design- oder Kreativprojekten von der Briefingphase bis zur Umsetzung
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen
Grundverständnis im Kampagnenmanagement
Interesse und Verständnis für den sinnvollen Einsatz von AI-Tools im Projekt- oder Marketingkontext
Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau
