About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our remote team. This position supports clients through the planning and coordination process, working alongside established partners and suppliers to deliver exceptional service.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and thrives in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetingsSupport client requests through coordination and follow-upMaintain accurate records and track client details consistentlyOrganize task details to support timelines and service accuracyCollaborate with team members and partners as needed
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or olderStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and detail-orientedComfortable working independently in a remote settingPrevious customer service or administrative experience a plusMust reside in the United States
