Das langfristig gewachsene Immobilienportfolio umfasst die Nutzungsklassen Büro, Wohnen, Einzelhandel und Logistik. Es besteht größtenteils aus großvolumigen Hamburger Kernimmobilien sowie einigen kleinere Objekten. Alle Objekte liegen hinsichtlich ihrer Nutzungsklasse in sehr guten Lagen.

Technischer Property Manager / Technical Project Manager (w/m/d)
in Vollzeit
Als Technical Project Manager (w/m/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der technisch-strategischen Weiterentwicklung unseres Immobilienportfolios sowie die Verantwortung eigener Bauprojekte in unseren betreuten Liegenschaften. Mit einem Mix aus strategischer und numerischer Kompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und Serviceorientierung steuerst Du Baumaßnahmen, um das Immobilienportfolio effizient und zukunftsgerichtet zu entwickeln.
- Verantwortung für technische Projekte von Gewerbe- und Wohnimmobilien
- Planung und Strukturierung von Bauprojekten: Aufstellung von Projektplänen, Festlegung von Meilensteinen für ein definiertes Objektportfolio
- Vergabe von Planungs- und Bauprojektleistungen
- Budget- und Zeitmanagement: Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs durch eigenverantwortliche Kontrolle von Kosten, Qualitäten und Quantitäten
- Identifizierung von Risiken und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominimierung
- Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Steuerung von Sanierungsmaßnahmen und Mieterausbauten
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung technischer Optimierungskonzepte für einzelne Projekte
- Erstellung und Monitoring von Budgets inkl. Kostenkontrolle mit dem internen Controlling
- Steuerung und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister innerhalb der jeweiligen Objekte
- Technische Ausbildung, z. B. zum Gebäudetechniker respektive Betriebstechniker (w/m/d), oder ein Studium im Bereich Gebäudetechnik / TGA / Betriebstechnik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Property Management
- Projektsteuerungskompetenz sowie hohe fachliche und soziale Kompetenz
- Strukturierte, selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Professionelles Auftreten, hohe Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
- Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Erfahrung mit iX-Haus plus ist wünschenswert
- Motivation, technische Prozesse und das Objektmanagement aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
