*Senior Product Manager — Pactvera — Verified Payments & Programmable Contract Execution*
*About Pactvera*
The era of static, signature-and-store contract platforms is over. DocuSign, PandaDoc, Adobe Sign, and their peers were built for a world where a contract was the finish line — a PDF to be countersigned and filed. Pactvera is built for the world where a contract is the starting line: a living, verified, programmable instrument that drives payment, enforces obligations, and settles automatically when conditions are met.
Pactvera is ChainIT's enterprise-grade, zero-trust contract execution and payments platform. Where legacy e-signature tools ask you to sign documents and hope everything downstream works out, Pactvera verifies identity at every touchpoint, encodes payment terms directly into agreements, and executes — across the full spectrum of enterprise payment rails: ACH, wire, card, RTP/FedNow, and where customers are ready for it, stablecoin settlement via USDC or JPM Coin. It is not an incremental improvement on what came before. It is a category replacement.
Pactvera is built on the full breadth of enterprise payment infrastructure — every fiat rail an enterprise treasury team depends on, unified with contract execution in a single verified workflow. And as programmable stablecoins like USDC and JPM Coin gain regulatory clarity under the GENIUS Act and evolving FinCEN guidance, Pactvera is positioned to extend that same contract-native execution into on-chain settlement — without rebuilding anything. The foundation is fiat. The frontier is programmable.
*The Paradigm Shift: Why Legacy Platforms Are Obsolete*
Legacy e-signature platforms were designed around a single problem: replacing wet ink with a digital equivalent. They solved that problem well. But the enterprise contract problem of 2025 is not about signatures — it is about execution, verification, and settlement. Consider what the current generation of platforms cannot do:
* They cannot verify that the party signing is who they claim to be beyond email click-through — Pactvera enforces cryptographic identity verification through ChainIT Org ID at every signature event
* They cannot encode payment terms as executable logic — they store text that a human must later act on, in a separate system, days or weeks later
* They cannot settle in any rail the enterprise actually uses — ACH, wire, card, RTP, or emerging stablecoin instruments — without routing through a separate payments system that has no awareness of the contract
* They cannot auto-enforce milestone-based disbursements, holdbacks, or penalty clauses — Pactvera's contract engine treats these as programmable conditions, not footnotes
* They cannot provide a zero-trust audit trail that is tamper-evident by construction — legacy platforms rely on attestation; Pactvera relies on verification
This is not a feature gap that can be patched. It is an architectural gap. Pactvera is not competing for the same buyer Docusign serves. It is making that buyer irrelevant.
*Role Overview*
As Senior PM for Pactvera, you will own the product roadmap for our contract execution, identity verification, and payments modules — spanning the full range of enterprise fiat rails and our expanding stablecoin settlement capabilities. You will work at the intersection of enterprise software, financial infrastructure, and the emerging frontier of programmable money, translating an ambitious product vision into shipped features that enterprise customers depend on for mission-critical workflows.
This is a role for someone who is equal parts payments expert, contract workflow strategist, and enterprise software builder — and who is genuinely excited by the prospect of rendering a generation of incumbents obsolete.
*What You'll Do*
*Product Strategy & Roadmap*
* Own and maintain a prioritized, outcome-driven product roadmap spanning contract execution, verified identity, and the full spectrum of enterprise payment rails — fiat and stablecoin
* Define the strategic narrative that positions Pactvera as a category replacement for legacy e-signature and contract management platforms
* Partner with executive stakeholders to align roadmap investments with revenue, retention, and market displacement goals
*Discovery & Customer Insight*
* Lead continuous discovery with enterprise customers in procurement, legal, finance, and operations — surfacing the contract execution and payment friction that legacy tools have normalized
* Build and maintain a competitive intelligence practice covering DocuSign, PandaDoc, Ironclad, Conga, Adobe Sign, and emerging programmable contract platforms
* Track the payments landscape — evolving fiat rail capabilities (RTP, FedNow adoption, cross-border), stablecoin regulatory developments (GENIUS Act, FinCEN guidance), and enterprise treasury trends — and translate signals into product decisions
*Agentic Execution & Delivery*
* Author and maintain the full five-layer artifact set that drives ChainIT's agentic development model: Strategic Outcomes, Capabilities, Risk Gates, Intent Specs, and Iteration docs — replacing traditional PRDs and user stories with precision-engineered specs designed for agentic developer handoff
* Write Intent Specs with the rigor that agentic execution demands — unambiguous invariants, binary-checkable Risk Gates, explicit agent hand-off sections, and zero open questions before a capability is declared ready to build
* Manage iteration planning and sequencing across Pactvera's product surface, maintaining traceability from every Intent Spec up through its Capability to its Strategic Outcome
* Drive trade-off decisions and prioritization with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders — knowing when to hold the line on scope and when to adapt
* Define and monitor KPIs for shipped capabilities; close the feedback loop between agentic delivery and product outcomes
*Payments Domain Leadership*
* Serve as the internal expert on enterprise payment rails — ACH (Same Day and Standard), wire, RTP/FedNow, and card — and how each maps to the contract execution and settlement workflows Pactvera orchestrates
* Drive product decisions around payment logic embedded in contract execution: milestone-triggered disbursements, holdback mechanisms, auto-reconciliation across fiat rails, and — where customers are ready — on-chain settlement via stablecoin instruments like USDC and JPM Coin
* Guide compliance posture for all payment features: PCI-DSS scope, NACHA operating rules, FinCEN/AML obligations, and where applicable, emerging stablecoin regulatory frameworks
* Partner with integrations and partnerships teams on payment processor, bank, and — selectively — stablecoin issuer relationships
*Zero-Trust Contract Execution*
* Champion Pactvera's zero-trust architecture in product decisions — every touchpoint is verified, not assumed; every state transition is auditable, not attested
* Work with Engineering and Security to define verification checkpoints, cryptographic identity binding, and tamper-evident audit trail requirements for contract events
* Educate customers and prospects on why zero-trust contract execution is a fundamentally different security and compliance posture than legacy e-signature platforms
*Go-to-Market & Enablement*
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on positioning, messaging, and launch plans that clearly articulate Pactvera's displacement of incumbent platforms
* Create enablement materials and lead training sessions for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on Pactvera's payments and contract execution differentiation
* Represent Pactvera in prospect conversations, customer advisory boards, fintech industry events, and analyst briefings
*What We're Looking For*
*Core Product Management Experience*
* 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder roadmaps with competing priorities across multiple simultaneous capability tracks
* Experience with agentic or spec-driven development workflows — writing structured specs, intent documents, or capability definitions that hand off to autonomous development agents rather than traditional sprint backlogs
* Comfort operating without the scaffolding of traditional agile ceremonies — you define outcomes and invariants precisely enough that execution can proceed without constant PM involvement in implementation detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to present to C-suite and write technical specs with equal clarity; in our model, spec quality is directly correlated with delivery quality
* Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) and data-informed decision-making
* Proven track record of shipping products that displaced established incumbents or created new categories
*Payments Industry Expertise*
* 3+ years of experience in a payments-adjacent role — product, solutions engineering, fintech, or financial services
* Working knowledge of US fiat payment rails: ACH (Same Day, Standard), wire transfers, RTP/FedNow, and card networks — including the operational realities of each
* Solid grasp of payment lifecycle concepts: authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, and reconciliation — and how enterprise AP/AR workflows break when these go wrong
* Understanding of how payment timing, terms, and exceptions ripple through enterprise operations, and what it means to encode those terms into a contract that executes automatically
* Exposure to PCI-DSS requirements and how they shape product and infrastructure decisions
* Knowledge of regulatory considerations relevant to B2B payments: NACHA operating rules, FinCEN/AML obligations, state money transmission licensing
* Awareness of the stablecoin landscape — USDC, JPM Coin, GENIUS Act provisions — as an emerging settlement layer; deep expertise not required, but intellectual curiosity and willingness to get fluent quickly is
*Enterprise Software & Security Acumen*
* Experience building products that integrate into complex enterprise tech stacks: ERP, procurement, CLM, HRIS
* Understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and security/compliance buying criteria
* Familiarity with zero-trust security principles and how they apply to identity, access, and workflow verification in enterprise software
* Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals — balancing IT, Finance, Legal, and end-user needs
*Bonus Points*
* Experience with agentic development tooling — Claude, Cursor, Devin, or similar — and a genuine understanding of how AI-native dev workflows change the PM's role from backlog manager to spec architect
* Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) or procure-to-pay (P2P) platforms — ideally including a migration away from legacy e-signature tools
* Background in fintech infrastructure, embedded finance, or banking-as-a-service (BaaS)
* Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging standards, SWIFT, or blockchain-based settlement infrastructure
* Experience shipping products with cryptographic identity verification, digital signatures, or verifiable credentials
* Prior work at a company that successfully displaced a dominant incumbent (Salesforce, DocuSign, SAP, etc.)
* MBA or equivalent advanced degree
*Why ChainIT & Pactvera*
* You will work on a platform that is making an entire generation of enterprise software obsolete — not iterating on it
* We are a fully agentic development shop — our PMs don't write tickets; they write Intent Specs that agents execute. Your specs are the architecture. Get them right and entire capabilities ship without a standup
* Zero-trust architecture is not a feature we bolt on; it is the foundation every product decision is built from
* Full-spectrum payments — every fiat rail enterprise treasury depends on, with stablecoin settlement as an expanding frontier, all unified inside a single contract execution layer
* High-ownership culture — PMs set direction, own outcomes, and are accountable to results, not process
* Collaborative, low-ego team that values clear thinking and direct communication over hierarchy
* Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits package
* Flexible remote-first work environment
