In this position, you will act as a dedicated liaison, balancing collaborative office strategy with active field-based client care. Your daily responsibilities will include: Executing face-to-face consultations directly with business owners and key decision-makers to assess their team's needs.
Cultivating, managing, and protecting long-term professional client relationships across the market.
Delivering structured service presentations and guiding client teams through clear program and benefit selections.
Facilitating scheduled on-site employee enrollments and providing ongoing, dedicated support to your book of business.
