About the RoleWe are working with three electrical contractors, all seeking a Senior Project Manager. Our client, a well-established electrical contractor in Fairfield County, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects. This is a career-defining opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on projects that power hospitals, data centers, commercial facilities, and more.
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time spent both on-site and in-office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from budgeting and pre-construction through closeout.
- Lead project teams, including engineers and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client specifications.
- Oversee electrical system installations, including UPS, emergency power, fire alarm, data networking, and communication wiring.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
- Work effectively in regulated environments such as healthcare, chemical plants, and data centers.
Required: Experience in the electrical construction industry (not general construction).
Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale electrical projects.
Strong portfolio of commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial projects.
Understanding of design/build project delivery methods.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
