We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Snowflake Data Engineer to join a dynamic and fast-paced data engineering team. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can independently analyze requirements, ask thoughtful questions, design solutions, and execute with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Matillion, along with strong SQL and Python skills. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas including data engineering, cloud data platforms, analytics enablement, AI‑related initiatives, and production support. Required Skills Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake development Strong experience with dbt (mandatory) Strong experience with Matillion (mandatory) Advanced SQL skills Experience designing and building modern cloud‑based data pipelines Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Preferred Skills Exposure to Openflow Understanding of AWS concepts Experience with Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake Intelligence Exposure to AI/LLM technologies, Chatbots, RAG, MCP, Agent‑based systems, or related concepts This role does not require an AI expert or Data Scientist. However, the ideal candidate should: Understand modern AI and data platform concepts Be comfortable learning and supporting AI‑enabled initiatives Have experience working with APIs, JSON, and system integrations Understand how enterprise AI solutions interact with modern data platforms Be comfortable using AI‑assisted tools and technologies Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake‑based data solutions Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion and dbt Support data integration and modernization initiatives Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams Participate in production support activities when needed Contribute to AI‑enabled and analytics‑focused projects Work across multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment This is a highly dynamic role where responsibilities may vary based on business priorities, including: Snowflake development and optimization dbt implementation and maintenance Snowflake Cortex initiatives Chatbot and AI enablement projects Production support and operational activities Soft Skills Strong stakeholder management abilities Comfortable working with both business and technical teams Flexible and adaptable mindset Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment Experience collaborating with offshore and global teams We are looking for a self‑driven professional who can: Quickly understand business requirements Ask insightful and relevant questions Work independently with minimal direction Take ownership of deliverables Adapt to changing project priorities Communicate effectively across teams Deliver high‑quality solutions in a collaborative environment
