Ophthalmology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $1455.00 - $1575.00

This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.  


Details and requirements for this opportunity: 


  • Schedule: Clinic Hours 8:00AM - 5:00PM | 4-5 Days/week continuous coverage, some flexibility
  • Practice Setting: Clinic plus ambulatory surgery center
  • Types of Cases: Comprehensive ophthalmology and advanced surgical care; Glaucoma, retina, cataracts, cornea, laser procedures
  • Credentialing Timeframe: ~60-90 days
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determined
  • Certifications Required: Board Certification
  • Licensure Required:  Washington License

Facility Location
Located just north of Seattle, Everett is a charming city surrounded by Port Gardner. The Everett Marina offers food and water sports options.
