Als Content Coördinator bij IGM ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de content van onze formules Baderie en Bad in Beeld. Je ontwikkelt contentstrategieën, vertaalt campagnes naar een slimme contentplanning en zorgt ervoor dat tekst, fotografie en video elkaar perfect versterken.
Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen marketing, DTP, externe fotografen, videografen en onze ondernemers. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om nieuwe concepten te ontwikkelen en onze content steeds authentieker, creatiever en effectiever te maken.
Wat ga je doen?Als Content Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige regie rondom onze contentproductie. Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat alle content aansluit bij de merkidentiteit van onze formules.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
- Het ontwikkelen van contentstrategieën en maandthema's.
- Het beheren van de retail- en contentkalender.
- Het vertalen van campagnes naar een concrete contentplanning.
- Het bedenken van creatieve contentconcepten voor online- en offlinekanalen.
- Het coördineren van fotografie- en videoproducties, van briefing tot eindresultaat.
- Het opstellen van draaiboeken en shotlists zodat één productiedag content oplevert voor meerdere campagnes.
- Het aansturen en beoordelen van AI-gegenereerde content en het bewaken van de juiste tone of voice.
- Het samenwerken met DTP, fotografen, videografen en andere externe partners.
- Het beheren en uitbreiden van onze beeldbank met eigen fotografie en videomateriaal.
- Het ontwikkelen van authentieke content waarin onze ondernemers en hun verhalen centraal staan.
- Het bewaken van een consistente merkuitstraling over alle communicatiekanalen.
- Je vertaalt campagnes en contentideeën naar een slimme contentplanning voor onze formules.
- Je schrijft en optimaliseert copy in de juiste tone of voice voor onder andere nieuwsbrieven, social media, blogs en landingspagina's. Daarbij maak je slim gebruik van AI als ondersteuning.
- Je organiseert, plant en begeleidt foto- en videoshoots en zorgt ervoor dat één productiedag content oplevert voor meerdere campagnes en kanalen.
- Je werkt samen met fotografen, videografen en DTP om sterke, authentieke content te creëren.
- Je beheert en onderhoudt de social kanalen van onze formules en bewaakt een consistente merkuitstraling.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de beeldbank continu wordt uitgebreid met eigen fotografie, video en ander inspirerend beeldmateriaal.
- Je denkt continu na over nieuwe contentformats, campagnes en manieren om onze formules nog beter zichtbaar te maken.
Jij bent creatief, georganiseerd en denkt altijd een stap vooruit. Je krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van nieuwe ideeën én van het realiseren ervan. Je ziet kansen, neemt initiatief en weet verschillende partijen met elkaar te verbinden.
Daarnaast beschik je over:
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Marketing, Communicatie of Creative Business.
- 3 - 5 jaar ervaring met contentmarketing, contentplanning of campagnecoördinatie.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en gevoel voor planning.
- Affiniteit met fotografie, video en social media.
- Ervaring met of interesse in AI-tools voor contentcreatie.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Een proactieve houding en een flinke dosis creativiteit.
