Assistant Branch Manager

We are preparing to open a new branch in Commerce Twp and are looking for a motivated leader to help drive a successful launch. The selected candidate will play a key role during the pre-opening phase, including training across multiple locations.

Training & Travel Requirement During the training period and until the new branch officially opens, regular travel to our existing branches will be required. Locations include Flint, Clio, Owosso, Davison, Fenton, Orion Township, Clarkston, Swartz Creek, Grand Blanc, and Lapeer.

The Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing team during a critical growth phase. You will:

  • Drive sales performance and deliver outstanding member experiences
  • Support day-to-day branch operations while ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members
  • Step in to lead the branch in the manager's absence
What You Bring
  • 35 years of experience in a financial institution, focused on member service
  • Prior leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for team success
  • Knowledge of lending products and sales strategies
  • Ability to obtain FiCEP certification
