Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients across the lifespan Partner with providers and care teams to ensure seamless, coordinated treatment Support patients and families in understanding health needs and next steps Document care accurately using our EHR system Participate in care huddles and team-based quality improvement initiatives Serve as a key member of our Patient-Centered Health Home model Why Join CommWell Health?

High School Diploma or GED Active CPR/BLS Valid CMA Certification Valid NC Driver's license Preferred:
