Overview We're recruiting an Evening Shift Maintenance Technician for a well-established and growing manufacturing operation in Co.

Meath.
This is a standalone, hands-on role focused on keeping plant, machinery, and site assets running efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Reporting into site leadership, you'll take responsibility for maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement across all equipment onsite.
This role combines day-to-day maintenance with involvement in projects, upgrades, and optimisation initiatives.
Responsibilities Deliver preventative and reactive maintenance across all plant equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in line with regulations Maintain accurate maintenance records and support CMMS updates Criteria Relevant mechanical and/or electrical qualification 3 years' experience in maintenance within a production/manufacturing setting Strong fault-finding across mechanical and electrical systems Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning systems Ability to work independently in a shift-based environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reward €40,000 salary (37.5 hour week) Pension
