Job Details: $0.62 - $0.67 per mile Live stop pay: $88 per stop Drop/hook pay: $57 Detention: $23 - $33 per hour (after one hour) Hazmat load: $40 Driver load/unload: $45 Driver assist: $25 Yard checks: $23 per hour Refused delivery: $57 Truck order not used: $35 Crosstown, empty move : $25 Rail delay, mechanical breakdown, mechanical tractor repositioning or waiting for power unit: $23 per hour Safety training or roundtable meetings: $23 per hour Overweight rework: $23 per hour Reefer load: $40 Empty search per hour: $20 Scaling: $10 New hire training pay: $200 per day Holiday pay: $210 per day
