About

Do you enjoy working in production, but prefer having your evenings and weekends free? As a Production Employee at Elis Nieuwegein, you can. You work early daytime shifts in the washing and drying process of hospitality linen. You operate machines, keep up the pace, and immediately see the results of your work.

As a Production Employee, you work together with colleagues on the washing and drying process of hospitality linen. You work in different areas of the laundry, at one of the three washing lines or one of the twelve ironers and folding machines. Every day can look different. You follow fixed work instructions and operate machinery. Your tasks include:

  • Sorting laundry separating items before processing
  • Loading and unloading washing lines and dryers
  • Inspecting hospitality linen during the process
  • Folding and packaging clean laundry
  • Cleaning machines
  • Keeping your workspace clean and safe

As a Production Employee, it’s important that you work carefully and responsibly. You work standing and in a production environment with machines. You recognize yourself in the following:

  • No production experience needed you learn everything at Elis
