We're looking for a Counter Sales Representative who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and wants to build a long‑term career with a respected industry leader.
What You'll Bring
2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
Building materials, lumber, hardware, construction, or contractor sales experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Experience with estimates, order entry, and customer follow‑up is highly valued.
In This Role, You'll
Build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
Help customers find the right products and solutions for their projects.
Prepare estimates, process orders, and coordinate special orders.
Follow up on quotes and opportunities to help customers complete their projects.
Work closely with purchasing, dispatch, yard, and accounting teams.
Continue developing your product knowledge and industry expertise.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sit/stand for 8 hours per day.
Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. occasionally.
Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs.
Horizontal reaching is required.
All mobility motions are required (standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing).
Limited range of motion and physical activity occurring randomly for 8 or more hours per day.
