Position Summary

The Manager, Brand Activation is responsible for translating Nature Made's business needs into impactful integrated marketing plans. This includes developing compelling marketing strategies that are grounded in deep understanding of consumer insights, leading creative brand communications, and executing multi-channel activation plans. Partner with agencies to elevate our creative within a fully integrated plan across TV, digital, influencers, social, PR, and partnerships. Partner closely with internal resources to ensure strong brand programming and measurement of campaign(s). The Manager, Brand Activation reports to the Senior Manager of Brand Activation.

Key Responsibilities

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Lead and execute communications plans and integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and reach
  • Analyze consumer behavioral data, best practices, competitive insights, and data analytics including MMM and sales / brand lift studies to develop recommendations to optimize brand communication and engagement
  • Project manage integrated campaigns and lead cross functional team of internal and external stake holders to build and deliver programs with maximum effectiveness
  • Inspire "best in class" ideas by working with agency partners across concepting, development, alignment, execution, measurement and optimization.

You must enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment and leading project management to ensure marketing needs are communicated well and that the best interests of the customer and the brand are honored first and foremost.

Critical Success Factors

You'll be most successful in this role if you have:

  • Tangible experience leading integrated marketing campaigns for established CPG brand(s) that drove significant results.
  • Strong ability to direct creative strategy through execution
  • Demonstrated experience managing a broad range of agency partners -- both small and large -- to achieve objectives.
  • Experience analyzing primary and secondary data sources to generate actionable insights to drive consumer marketing strategy.
  • Excellent influencing, multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills leading cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders.
Capabilities & Skills Required

In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree. An MBA degree is preferred
  • 5-7 years of brand management or brand marketing experience, with at least 1-2 years of campaign leadership experience.
  • CPG brand management or brand marketing experience
  • Ability to make focused decisions based on Brand integrity and Company values.
  • Ability to execute campaigns through strong project management and cross functional collaboration
  • Ability to consistently communicate in a clear and timely manner across all functions / levels including senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills

Salary Range National Target Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $166,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $110,000 - $184,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws. Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment.

Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
