About

Job Overview A Technical Support & Sales Representative. Location: on site (not remote). Schedule: 5 days per week, full time; Pay: $20.00 per hour base, $1.00 per hour bilingual bonus. Pay Per Experience (PPX) model after 4‑6 weeks of training; top experts can earn up to $32+ per hour. Responsibilities Evaluate and troubleshoot customer concerns. Identify technical issues and deploy solutions with efficient, clear, courteous, and accurate communication. Use call center technology to input, track, and report customer issues. Meet sales and customer experience goals; grow from feedback and coaching. Sell Asurion smart home and other products on every call. Escalate calls appropriately. Spend 4‑8 hours daily at a computer in a call center environment with headset usage 90% of the time. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques. Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals. Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through product memory. Excellent attention to detail with multitasking speed and accuracy. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to customer, business, and team needs. Reliable attendance and performance track record. Computer literacy; type 25‑35 words per minute and learn call center software. A passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge). Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems or willingness to learn (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications). Benefits 3‑4 weeks of paid training (in‑class and floor). Guaranteed base pay, paid biweekly; earnings can be accessed early.
