Geotechnical Engineer Dublin (Hybrid) A leading international engineering consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Geotechnical Engineer into their Dublin team as part of continued growth across their ground engineering division.

This is a really strong opportunity to step into a senior position within a highly technical and well-established team, working across major infrastructure and development projects both in Ireland and internationally.
The role offers a good balance of technical delivery, project leadership and team mentoring, with exposure to some of the most complex schemes currently in the market.
Projects: Large-scale infrastructure projects typically ranging from €20M up to €200M+ across transport and energy Major commercial, pharmaceutical and industrial developments, often in the €10M €100M range Complex ground engineering challenges including foundations, deep excavations and earthworks packages Multidisciplinary projects alongside civil, structural and environmental teams Role: Leading geotechnical design and providing technical input across projects Managing project delivery, budgets and client relationships Planning, supervising and interpreting ground investigations Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated solutions Providing advisory input across design and construction stages Requirements: Degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering 5+ years experience in geotechnical design and/or construction Strong technical understanding of foundations, earthworks, slope stability and ground behaviour Experience managing or contributing to complex projects Chartered Engineer (or working towards it) Candidates with experience in areas like ground investigation management, numerical analysis or GIS will be at an advantage.
