About

Hi! I’m Amy Schueler Harlow, the owner of Spectrum Speech Therapy, a small, local woman-owned practice. I’m looking for a Speech-Language Pathologists to work with students in Carroll County Public Schools for the 2026–2027 school year.
I started Spectrum Speech Therapy because I wanted clinicians to have more flexibility, support, and mentorship than what large contract companies often offer. *I’m a practicing clinician myself and am always available to provide guidance, answer questions, and support you in your work.*
*What you’ll do:*
* Provide speech and language therapy and evaluations in schools
* Collaborate with teachers and special education teams
* Participate in IEP meetings and support student communication goals
* Maintain required documentation
*Caseload & Schedule:*
* ~40–50 students
* Flexible full-time or part-time options
* 1099 contractor position
* caseload choice of school and/or birth to K
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Maryland SLP license (or eligibility)
* CCC-SLP preferred (Can start if CF completed)
