TransForce is hiring a CDL A Yard Driver for a swing shift position based in Tolleson, AZ. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady local work, consistent scheduling, and a driver-focused team environment. Position Details
Pay:
$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday
Shift:
5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Start and finish times may vary based on operational needs)
Route Type:
Local Yard Driver
Freight:
No Touch
Responsibilities
Perform trailer spotting and yard movements safely and efficiently
Operate CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company policies
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Support fast-paced yard operations with a high volume of trailer moves
Requirements
Valid CDL A license
Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable CDL A driving experience
Yard spotting experience preferred
Clean driving record
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
