Croisières AML est une entreprise familiale établie au Québec depuis 50 ans. Nous sommes LA plus importante compagnie de croisières et d'excursions au Canada ! Notre mission : offrir un service personnalisé et un accueil chaleureux à tous nos clients.
Lors d’une journée de travail, vous serez amené à :
- Coordonner les opérations du service à bord.
- Voir à l’ouverture et la fermeture du navire.
- Assurer la bonne mise en place des salles à manger et des terrasses.
- Gérer les équipes de service et de bars.
- Assurer la qualité de la présentation des boissons et des plats.
- Assurer le balancement des caisses.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

Compétences recherchées :
- Un minimum de 5 années d’expérience dans un emploi similaire.
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans en restauration.
- Une formation en service et sommellerie de restaurant (un atout).
- Un intérêt marqué pour la vente et le service à la clientèle.
- D’excellentes aptitudes en communication, diplomatie et politesse.
- Un grand sens de l’organisation et de la planification.
- Une excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral.
