Senior SAP Analytics Analyst
Exact Sciences is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Analytics Analyst to drive analytics and reporting across Finance, Commercial, Clinical, and Operations functions in a regulated healthcare environment. Position Overview
This role focuses on building and maintaining SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere / Business Data Cloud (BDC) solutions, and integration with SAP S/4. The analyst will design, configure, and support applications, leading enhancements, troubleshooting, and subject‑matter expertise for assigned systems. Responsibilities
Design, configure, and upgrade low‑ to medium‑complexity SAP applications. Develop and implement solutions to complex problems in a practical and innovative manner. Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests. Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendor implementation staff to align business needs with system changes. Create and maintain system documentation, process procedures, and training materials. Provide end‑user production support and troubleshoot issues via issue‑tracking systems. Act as subject‑matter expert and mentor peers on application matters. Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation. Coordinate incident and problem resolution as a delegated leader. Maintain clear communication with project leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or high school diploma/GED with 12years of relevant experience. 5+years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, including application analyst or project delivery roles. Strong knowledge of industry best practices and effective communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet navigation. Ability to perform job duties with or without accommodations. Preferred Qualifications
5+years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries. 3+years building SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, stories, and models. 2+years experience with SAP Datasphere and SAPS/4HANA data structures (CDS views). Understanding of data governance, compliance, and audit requirements in regulated environments. Experience integrating data from multiple sources and building enterprise data models. Knowledge of SAP BTP and Clean Core philosophy. Salary and Benefits
