Titan Wind Energy (Germany) GmbH ist Teil der internationalen Titan-Gruppe und wird zukünftig einer der führenden Hersteller von Gründungsstrukturen (Monopiles) für Offshore-Windkraftanlagen sein. Mit ca. 600 geplanten Mitarbeitenden wollen wir am Standort Cuxhaven einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Energiewende leisten. Unser Standort befindet sich derzeit im Aufbau, um ab 2028 mit der Produktion zu beginnen.
Als Treasury & Accounting Manager (m/w/d) an unserem neuen Verwaltungsstandort in Hamburg tragen Sie maßgeblich zur finanziellen Stabilität und Transparenz des Unternehmens bei. Ziel ist es, durch ein effizientes Liquiditätsmanagement, eine präzise Buchführung und die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Finanzprozessen die Grundlage für fundierte unternehmerische Entscheidungen zu schaffen. Sie stellen sicher, dass gesetzliche Anforderungen erfüllt werden und unterstützen aktiv die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Finanzorganisation.
- Steuerung der Liquiditätsplanung, Cashflow-Analysen und Optimierung der Zahlungsströme
- Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Buchführung nach HGB und ggf. IFRS
- Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, inklusive Abstimmung von Hauptbuchkonten und Rückstellungen
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Finanzberichten
- Aufbau von Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Prüfungen, Koordination mit Wirtschaftsprüfern sowie fristgerechte Bereitstellung prüfungsrelevanter Unterlagen
- Ansprechpartner für Banken und externe Finanzdienstleister
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien sowie Optimierung von Finanzprozessen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Treasury und Accounting
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB, idealerweise auch IFRS
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP) und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, da internationale Kommunikation erforderlich ist
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
- Bereitschaft, sich in ein internationales Umfeld einzubringen und Prozesse mitzugestalten
