Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year plus bonus

Main Acts
Decode market trends and competition with sharp analytical tools and firsthand observations.
Drive new business with flair, using proven strategies that resonate with our brand’s bold vision.
Collaborate with the sales squadron to hit revenue targets and expand our market share.
Pilot the entire client contract process from negotiation to closure , mastering every detail.
Transform site tours into compelling narratives that highlight our distinctive features tailored to client needs.
Build enduring client relationships through strategic communication and a deep understanding of their unique needs.
Champion our loyalty programs, offering tantalizing rate packages and upgrades when opportune.
Ensure seamless execution and satisfaction by liaising with internal teams—you’re the maestro here.
Who You Are Experience & Education
Bring at least two years of sales expertise, strategies and insight , preferably within the hotel or a related industry.
Hilton Brand Knowledge preferred; Multiple Hotel Brands is excellent.
A four-year degree in hospitality management or sales is ideal, but equivalent experience sparkles just as bright.
Communication
Exhibit stellar verbal and written prowess .
Mastery of the primary language used in our workplace is a must.
Physical
Ready to engage dynamically throughout your day, from desk-bound strategy sessions to active site explorations.
Comfortable with occasional lifting, maneuvering, and the general ebb and flow of a bustling hotel environment.
