Als Enterprise Architect binnen Cegeka Consulting opereer je op het snijvlak van business en technologie. Je bent een strategische gesprekspartner voor klanten en begeleidt hen bij complexe transformatie- en moderniseringstrajecten. Je adviseert stakeholders op tactisch en strategisch niveau en vertaalt hun uitdagingen naar schaalbare, duurzame en innovatieve oplossingsrichtingen.
- Je adviseert klanten over de inrichting en ontwikkeling van hun IT-landschap, waarbij je businessdoelstellingen vertaalt naar concrete architectuur- en transformatiestrategieën.
- Je faciliteert strategische workshops, roadmap-sessies en architectuurdiscussies met stakeholders op management- en directieniveau.
- Je vertaalt complexe business-, proces- en technologievraagstukken naar toekomstbestendige solution designs en architectuurroadmaps.
- Je neemt een leidende rol in digitale transformatie-, cloud-, moderniserings- en innovatieprogramma’s.
- Je bewaakt de architectuurvisie gedurende de volledige lifecycle van projecten en zorgt voor consistente besluitvorming.
- Je identificeert risico’s, afhankelijkheden en architecturale knelpunten en adviseert over passende oplossingsrichtingen.
- Je creëert verbinding tussen business, architectuur, engineering, security, operations en leveranciers.
- Je draagt actief bij aan thought leadership, kennisdeling en de verdere ontwikkeling van het architectuurvakgebied binnen Cegeka Consulting.
- Je coacht collega’s en helpt klanten bij het versterken van hun architectuur- en verandervermogen.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding.
- Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring als Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect of in een vergelijkbare adviesrol.
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen van complexe IT-oplossingen binnen enterprise omgevingen.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met digitale transformatie, cloudadoptie, moderniseringstrajecten en organisatieverandering.
- Kennis van architectuurmethodieken en frameworks zoals TOGAF, ArchiMate of vergelijkbare standaarden.
- Het vermogen om complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar heldere architectuurvisies, roadmaps en besluitvorming.
- Ervaring in het adviseren van senior stakeholders, zoals CIO’s, CTO’s, CDO’s en business executives.
- Sterke stakeholdermanagement-, communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden.
- Een ondernemende consulting mindset, waarbij klantwaarde, impact en samenwerking centraal staan.
- Natuurlijk leiderschap, overtuigingskracht en het vermogen om mensen mee te nemen in verandering.
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
