To support a transformative sales strategy, the full-time Sales Leader will manage and develop a team of Account Executives, focusing on coaching, driving outbound pipeline generation, and enhancing account and partner relationships in a collaborative remote environment. Key responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, providing real-time guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment Build and execute a disciplined outbound prospecting strategy using sales engagement tools to optimize outreach efforts Oversee account management strategies to maximize customer retention, expansion, and partner satisfaction
Required qualifications
Proven experience in building and scaling full-lifecycle sales teams, including both new business and account management Expertise with modern sales technology stacks, including Outreach/SalesLoft, Gong/Chorus, and CRMs Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC and Challenger Data-driven leadership style with strong coaching instincts and a resilient mindset Ability to navigate conflict and energize a sales team effectively
