We are looking for a motivated, hands‑on Lead Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of technical projects while guiding a small team of developers and designers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coding, problem‑solving, mentoring, and building scalable products a strong developer ready to step up as a lead, not a heavily senior manager.
Role Summary The Lead Full Stack Developer designs, develops, and maintains web and mobile applications while coordinating development across a small team. You will take projects from concept to deployment and collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and stakeholders. Expect a player‑coach balance: primarily hands‑on coding, with light leadership planning, code reviews, mentoring, and guiding small team.
Key Responsibilities Development
Develop and maintain websites, web applications and SaaS platforms.
Build responsive front‑ends using modern frameworks.
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
Integrate third‑party services, payment gateways, and automation tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
Run code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Assist in project planning and effort estimation.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver high‑quality user experiences.
Support hiring and technical interviews when required.
Mobile Application Development
Contribute to mobile application development projects.
Work with Flutter or React Native applications.
Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
SaaS & Product Development
Build scalable SaaS applications.
Implement user authentication, role management, and subscription systems.
Optimize application performance and security.
Participate in architecture discussions and product planning.
Quality & Deployment
Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code.
Perform testing and debugging.
Participate in deployment and release processes.
Monitor application performance and reliability.
Required Skills
Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js
Back-End: Python, Java, Node.js, REST APIs
Mobile: Flutter or React Native
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Tools & Cloud: Git, Docker, AWS / Azure / Google Cloud, CI/CD fundamentals
Required Qualifications
3‑5 years of full stack development experience, with 2+ years guiding or leading a small team.
Strong experience with React.js and modern web technologies.
Experience developing APIs and backend services.
Experience working on SaaS or web application projects.
Good understanding of software architecture principles.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading small development teams.
Experience with AI integrations and automation tools.
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Startup or agency experience.
Projects delivered on time and within scope.
High‑quality, consistent code standards maintained.
Junior developers successfully guided and growing.
