About
Answer and screen internal/external phone calls and emails related to sales opportunities and assign to appropriate sales rep
Research and enter information for potential sales leads
Review, edit, and approve requests for proposals, including finalizing pricing for both monthly and installation
Prepare RFPs as needed for more in-depth proposals
Assist sales reps in submitting required documents for system design approval
Prepare contracts upon request and send final documents via DocuSign
Communicate with potential clients on behalf of the sales team
Guide sales people in entering an accurate forecast in our CRM tool
Prepare and distribute job folders after the point of sale
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed for management team
Assist in preparation and revision of training materials for Sales & Sales Support teams
Assist in entering/cleaning/prepping database imports for Sales & Marketing efforts
Collaborate with Marketing and other teams across the company on projects
Help ensure proper record keeping in CRM tool, updating related contacts and other objects
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associates Degree
Minimum of 3 Years' Experience in Administrative or Customer Service role
Detail-oriented, Problem solver, Numerate
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and other Web-Based Programs.
Salesforce.com experience required, CPQ experience preferred
Strong understanding of databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry, record management, lead qualification, and data integrity to support sales and marketing activities
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently as well as with diverse sales personalities
Well-built skills in organization, prioritization and time management.
Ability to learn technical products.
Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements
Work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Work under stress to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
Ability and willingness to commute and work onsite at our office location up to three days per week
