CULINOR heeft in België 4 productievestigingen waaronder een centraal warehouse en ontwikkelt, produceert en vermarkt haar producten in de voedingsretail, de foodservice en - via haar aan-huis kanaal “Home Cuisine” - ook rechtstreeks aan consumenten.
Momenteel zoeken we overkoepelend voor al onze sites gelegen in Destelbergen , Gent en Herselt , een GROUP QUALITY MANAGER (m/v/x) verantwoordelijk voor het integrale kwaliteitsbeleid.
Heb je ruime ervaring als QAM in de voedingsindustrie en ben je klaar voor de next step naar een overkoepelende QAM-functie? Culinor draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel!
Als GROUP QUALITY MANAGER ben je samen met jouw plant quality manager en -officers verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling, implementatie en het onderhoud van het kwaliteitssysteem van al onze sites. Strategische doelstellingen vertaal je in concrete actieplannen en dit in overleg met de respectievelijke plant managers.
Je onderhoudt, evalueert en stuurt alle productiegerelateerde QA-processen bij waar nodig. coachen van een team van een 14-tal medewerkers (quality manager, -officers en- controllers, supplier QA’s en en label declaranten)
Je staat in voor zowel de opleiding als begeleiding, maar ook voor de opvolging van hun prestaties en evaluaties en het stimuleren van het kwaliteitsgedachtengoed in alle lagen van de onderneming uitwerken van een overkoepelend kwaliteitsbeleid in lijn met het groepsbeleid en conform de klanteneisen, externe auditstandaarden zoals IFS en het contact met de externe stakeholders (EU, FAVV, ACS,…)
meewerken aan Operational Excellence en Continuous Improvement (bvb het digitaliseren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en handboek, het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten en processen, het ondersteunen van de productie door het beantwoorden van kwaliteitsvraagstukken, …)
Je werkt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Destelbergen, maar we zien je ook 1 dag/week in onze divisie Vaco’s kitchen gelegen in de Kempen (Herselt).
Je rapporteert aan de Directeur Operations en de CEO.
een gedegen kennis van de kwaliteitsnormen in de voedingsindustrie en de auditprocessen (IFS of BRC)
ervaring met een ERP-pakket
perfecte kennis van Nederlands en kennis van Engels
je weet actieplannen om te zetten in concrete doelstellingen en deze over te brengen naar jouw team en de organisatie
als échte people manager weet je via jouw inspirerende communicatiestijl en organisatietalent een team te coachen en hun talenten verder te ontwikkelen
