We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Restaurant General Manager to lead all aspects of a high-energy, hospitality-driven restaurant operation. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and building strong community connections.

As the leader of the restaurant, you will create a culture where team members feel supported, guests feel genuinely welcomed, and the business consistently delivers strong financial and operational results.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and operational standards
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and cost controls
  • Manage full P&L performance, budgeting, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, labor, and licensing regulations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and high-performing restaurant environment
  • Resolve guest concerns and foster a positive, hospitality-driven culture
  • Build strong community relationships and support local marketing initiatives
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a full-service casual or upscale casual scratch kitchen environment or high-volume scratch kitchen fast casual environment
  • Proven experience managing restaurant operations, teams, and financial performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
  • Experience driving sales growth and operational improvements
  • Knowledge of inventory management, labor management, and food safety standards
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ServSafe Manager Certification
