5 hours shifts/ 20 hours a week Varying shifts between 5pm-12am CST Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and rotating holidays Work weeks run Saturday-Friday Pay & Differentials Base rate of $20-21/hr + applicable shift differentials as noted per position/schedule $5/hr weekend shift differential for phone hours worked between 12am CST Saturday-4am CST Monday on top of base and other differentials
Pay is discussed individually and is based on education, experience, and credentials. Hours vary and may include days, mids and evening shifts. Training schedules are set in advance and no conflicts can be accommodated during this period. Required Qualifications Active CVT/LVT/RVT license with at least 1 year of veterinary clinic/hospital experience; maintain active licensure throughout employment Ability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong keyboarding and computer skills (Microsoft Office and common software) Excellent written and verbal communication; professional, empathetic, and composed under pressure Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry; ability to multitask while maintaining quality Math proficiency: add, subtract, multiply, and divide across all units of measure including fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex or diverse information Ability to follow and apply instructions in written, oral, or diagram form Customer service-focused attitude with a genuine commitment to caller well-being Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, product, and company information Remote Requirements Reliable internet meeting SCI's IT requirements (details on our careers page) Dedicated, distraction-free workspace during all working hours with no other responsibilities during shifts (including care of dependents or animals)
