AWM - Design Operations - Associate Wealth Management
The Wealth Management Design team is responsible for delivering tools and products empowering clients and customers around the world to reach their financial goals. Our advisor-led wealth management businesses provide financial planning, investment management, banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments, and corporations and their employees. We are looking for designers who can dive into complex problems to deliver intuitive and impactful products, while focusing on cultivating a culture of collaboration, exploration, and growth.
Role Overview The Design Operations Associate supports the effectiveness, scalability, and consistency of the design organization. This role focuses on improving how design teams work, streamlining processes, maintaining systems, and enabling designers to deliver high-quality experiences efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Team and Executive communications
Optimize and scale design workflows across the product lifecycle to improve efficiency and reduce friction
Support governance and adoption of the design system to ensure consistency across platforms
Manage design tools, templates, and documentation to enable seamless team execution
Partner with Product and Engineering to coordinate delivery and strengthen handoffs
Track and report on design performance, system adoption, and operational health
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of proven experience in managing design operations within a large-scale enterprise organization.
Deep understanding of product management, design, and engineering practices, with the ability to bridge these disciplines effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving cross‑functional alignment.
Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in developing and utilizing data to inform strategy and measure performance.
