In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring they maintain dignity and independence. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives and enjoy collaborating with a team, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals as necessary. - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their well-being. - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. - Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plans. - Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare professionals. - Document services performed and clients' conditions accurately and promptly. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide is preferred. - Previous experience in home care or related fields is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a genuine desire to help others. **Working Conditions:** - Must be able to travel to clients' homes within a designated area. - Flexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time and part-time positions. - Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and assisting clients with mobility.
